Presenters will also share information about upcoming community engagement.\nI-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project: Get an update on construction timelines\, major traffic impacts\, and the status of funding for Phase 1C and Phase 2 as work continues throughout 2026.\nParking Management: Learn how parking districts and other strategies can improve parking availability\, reduce congestion\, support neighborhood livability\, and give residents and local businesses more options for addressing parking needs.\n\nLast month\, the committee discussed the 2025 Urban Forest Plan Update and related tree code changes.
