Fiscal Sponsorship Applications
Fiscal sponsorship is solidified through a one-year contract that may be renew annually. To apply for consideration to be fiscally sponsored by Southeast Uplift, or to renew your fiscal sponsorship status, please complete and submit the appropriate online application form.
We recommend downloading the appropriate template linked below to work on your application offline, then copy and paste your answers into the online form once you have gathered everything you need and are ready to submit.
