SE Uplift has a subscription to GrantWatch. Please reach out to the Fiscal Sponsorship Program Manager for access.

If you have an organization looking to make an in-kind donation (e.g. food, items, space rental), you may honor their contribution by providing an in-kind donation receipt.

To receive online donations, please download and fill out this Give Lively campaign template. Return it to fs@seuplift.org.

You can access your funds by submitting a check request form. Instructions on how to fill this form out can be found here.

If you need to submit a w9 with your request, you may access a copy here.

You must do two things annually to be compliant as a nonprofit:

1) Renew / file annual report for your Domestic Nonprofit Corporation with the Oregon Secretary of State; and

2) File Annual Report (CT-12 Form) for your Domestic Nonprofit Corporation with the Oregon Department of Justice.
