SE Uplift, along with our sibling District Coalition Offices, is standardizing processes, including how we provide Directors & Officers Insurance for the Board of Directors on each neighborhood association in District 3 and organizations with representatives on our board.
To help with this, please have your Secretary or designee fill out the board roster template complete located at the link below and send your roster to SE Uplift by September 30th*. Your board roster includes all officers and directors with voting rights on your board. It does not include your general membership. This information is for insurance purposes and will not be shared with the public.
*Note: SE Uplift has already received board rosters for Rose City Park, Roseway and Madison South neighborhood associations.
