District 3 is home to many event organizers creating free and low-cost opportunities for community members to gather, connect, learn, and enjoy local arts and culture, parks and natural areas, civic life, and other community resources. Each month, SE Uplift shares a selection of upcoming events from across the district.

Voter Education Events
Oregon will hold a statewide general election on November 3, 2026. Portland District 3 voters will elect three Portland City Councilors and will also see races for Multnomah County Chair, Oregon Governor, and other state and federal offices on their ballots. The League of Women Voters of Portland and LWV Oregon are great resources for nonpartisan information about local and statewide candidates. We recommend bookmarking their voter resources now for when it’s time to fill out your ballot.
