Virtual Budget Town Hall with District 3 Councilors

Join SE Uplift and District 3 Councilors Koyame-Lane, Morillo, and Novick for an interactive 90-minute community conversation on Portland’s Fiscal Year 2026–27 budget. As city leaders work through tough budget choices, they want to hear what matters most to you, what you believe should be prioritized for funding, and what you would be open to reducing to help balance the budget.

This town-hall style events will include an overview of the current shortfall, which parts of the budget are most impacted, and the options on the table.

There will be time for audience questions, as well as an opportunity for community members to provide verbal testimony. Participants who wish to ask a question or testify will have up to two minutes to do so.
