In-Person Budget Town Hall with District 3 Councilors

Join SE Uplift and District 3 Councilors for an interactive 90-minute community conversation on Portland’s Fiscal Year 2026–27 budget.
This town-hall style event will include an overview of the current shortfall, which parts of the budget are most impacted, and the options on the table. There will also be time for questions and verbal testimony from community members.
As city leaders work through tough budget choices, they want to hear what is most important to you that gets funded, and what you’d be okay with reducing to help balance the budget.
Participants who wish to testify or ask questions will have two minutes in which to do so.
