Portland City Council District 3 Candidate Mixer & Ice Cream Social

This event is free and open to all, but please RSVP to help us plan space and refreshments.
This fall, District 3 (D3) voters will use ranked-choice voting to elect three Portland city councilors. With three seats to fill, voters will likely have several candidates to consider and be able to rank up to six of them in order of preference. Learn more about how Portland’s ranked-choice voting system works and find official voter resources.
To help D3 community members get to know the people running to represent them, SE Uplift is inviting every candidate who qualifies for the ballot to participate in our Candidate Mixer and Ice Cream Social. We’ll begin announcing participating candidates after the filing period closes in late August. In the meantime, see who has already filed and qualified for the ballot.
The event will also be a chance to meet D3 neighborhood association volunteers, community groups, and organizations serving the district.
Interested in helping make the event a success? You can express interest in volunteering through the RSVP form.
